Once we have examined and approved your application you will be given permissions to post vacancies on the web site.
Charges
Employers who have registered as Friends of the Socuiety are entiltled to to post jobs for as a benefit of their support. Find our more about becoming a
Friend of the Society.
Recruitment agencies will be charged an annual fee of $___ per year excluding GST as we are not required to be registered.
In return you will gain access to a large pool of highly talented and experienced developers, software architects, business analysts and other IT related personnel.
Rules
It has taken many years and much effort to create our community and we will not risk damaging this. Therefore, here are a few basic rules:
- Advertised positions must be real. We will not tolerate recruiters who harvest CV's for selling themselves.
- Positions should be IT related as a minimum, but preferably software development related and preferably using Microsoft tools with strong bias toward .Net.
- Positions can be in New Zealand or overseas but the description must be published in English.
- No more than 5 listings at one time please (but ask if you need more).
Posting Jobs
Once setup, you will see a section below where you can add new listings. Move the mouse over the pencil icon and a menu will appear. Click the Add New Item option and fill in the fields as required. Once you click Update, you will receive an email with the details you have entered and the position will be immediately published.
