<div><b>Abstract:</b> <div>SmartConnect 2.0, a development tool designed and developed by Fuji Xerox New Zealand Ltd, allows easy integration between Fuji Xerox Multi Function Devices and business software systems and applications.<br>Such integration facilitates end to end document management solutions, where hard copy documents can be scanned, processed and passed into databases and other business systems.<br>SmartConnect 2.0 includes a bespoke connector for Microsoft SharePoint, including full support for all of SharePoint’s advanced features (Content Types, Custom Metadata, Advanced Field Types, etc).<br>This session will include a presentation of the SmartConnect platform and a live demonstration of a number of common business scenarios, including:<br>•&nbsp;Scanning and processing inbound invoices<br>•&nbsp;Timesheets – creation and automated processing<br>•&nbsp;Purchase Order processing<br>The scenarios referred to above will give a good overview of the features and capabilities of the SmartConnect 2.0 platform and how it can be used to leverage the value of SharePoint.&nbsp; We will be working with SharePoint 2010, but SmartConnect 2.0 also offers full support for Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 and MOSS 2007.<br></div></div>
